I am but a man… I have no artistic flare, no remarkable imagination and lack even a hint of proper fine motor skills to create any kind of controlled line, straight or otherwise. Whatever I draw, it is the illustration of but an amateur overshadowed by the brilliance of others. Yet, here I am, nothing more than a man, before you to present my humble works originally posted on Miiverse…

Enjoy the exhibition of meh…

Time for a new series highlighting the asshattery that goes on in our newest social network, Miiverse. It’s not just ANY social network, it’s a video game social network, so the kind of asshattery that goes on in there is even funnier than what you regularly get.

Take a look at our first example where a concerned gamer has somehow stumbled on to a hacker and his devious plans for GTA5, oh noes!

Someone save GTA5!!

Electronic Arts hasn’t really been active on a Nintendo console for quite some time. After all, Wii only saw a tonne of cheaply made EA Sports games and a few scraps of fairly unique games such as Boom Blox and Dead Space: Extraction.

After E3 2011 things were about to change for EA and Nintendo thanks to Wii U and its capabilities allowing it to put it on par with the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Finally, we’d see some REAL games published by EA on a Nintendo system, at least, that’s what some of us thought.

Now it looks like EA has decided to pass on Wii U completely. Not even Madden NFL 14 is being released on the system… why?

What happened?!

Last month I posted an entry about my challenge to go completely digital with Wii U. It’s been over a week and I’m ready to report on a few things I’ve learned while trying to make this entire thing a reality…

A billion hours to go for this download…

We’ve all come to this conclusion already as soon as a lot of us saw the Wii U GamePad for the very first time. It was either this or the next instalment of Pokémon Snap that was floating around in our imaginations… or both. Either way, we all knew that Fatal Frame for Wii U had to happen because it really is such a perfect match made only possibly by ghosts… most likely.

Take a picture, it’ll last longer!

That title just made me have a Digimon flashback… I mean, yes, It hasn’t been talked about all that much by people, but it’s one of the things Nintendo is pushing with their new system. Wii U games will be available for download from their eShop and there are already reports of quite the selection of launch titles already up.

After mulling it over, I have decided that I would like to try to challenge myself with this new system and will be doing my very best to buy all of my Wii U games from the eShop and store them on a USB HDD rather than buying the physical media. That said, I know that this is going to be an uphill battle for me, there are so many things that make this a BAD idea…

Can it be done?

The launch of a new console is always something to look forward to because it opens up new possibilities, especially when it comes to a Nintendo console. Just one month from now Wii U will launch in Australia and I’m excited to see first-hand just how well the Wii U GamePad shapes up.

I can’t wait!

I’m continuously amazed by the way Nintendo has handled the Nintendo 3DS.

Of course, at the same time what they’re doing is what Nintendo has always done, I guess I’m just getting sick of their asshattery…

Seriously, what the hell, Nintendo?

Sorry about the long wait between entries, I’ve been really busy redesigning StarWarsMMO.net and its forum in anticipation of the release of Star Wars: The Old Republic. But enough of that, it’s time for The Legend of Zelda!

I am a huge fan of The Legend of Zelda, so at first I was going to write a really huge entry about every little detail present in the game, but it’s pretty obvious that I’m going to have a lot of good things to say about practically all aspects of Skyward Sword in the first place. So, with that in mind, this Game Spotlight will be a lot more condensed and I’ll try not to ramble on as much as I usually do…

The legend begins!

Ha ha, I would have posted this entry up much earlier but truth be told I was too busy actually playing the game to spend time writing about it. Even so, here it is, my thoughts on what has to be one of the best games released this generation… one that North America is missing out on!

Xenoblade, also known as Xenoblade Chronicles in Europe and Australia, formerly known as Monado: Beginning of the World, is a game that any self-respecting gamer who owns a Wii must experience. Sure, Monolith Soft’s last game, Disaster: Day of Crisis, was so terrible that it was good in a comedic sense, but this game brings them back to their former glory they once had with Xenosaga and Baten Kaitos.
